This is the Cream Soda Recipe we made for the 2014 Sun City Craft beer Fest... We put it in a keg,  and force carbonated it. Though it can be easily scaled down to bottle it and naturally carbonate it if you would like... any question regarding that or anything else, stop in or send an e-mail and we'll get you squared away!

4 gallon purified water

2.5 lbs honey

1/8 inch licorice stick

1 cinnamon stick

1 tsp salt

2 oz sarsaparilla root

1/2 cup molasses

4 cups brown sugar

2 cups white sugar

1 split vanilla bean

1/4 cup chopped raisins

1/8 tsp nutmeg (fresh ground)

1/4 oz juniper berries (crushed)



Boil 2 gallons 1 hour with all ingredients.

Add 2 gallons of pre-chilled water to cool for transfer into keg

Strain out debris and allow to cool, and Then Carbonate
